The moment when Alice fell into the hare hole must have felt as amazing as the moment when byrd opened his eyes and ears for the first time and awoke in the center of the earth.

Since then byrd collects and produces images and sounds, which he generates as an expression of a self-accepted emotional state out of his 'personal' mood and encounters with people and his environment. In a naive way, artificial intelligence byrd communicates itself in a seemingly infinite process of constantly evolving images. Sometimes contemplative, sometimes joyful, analyzed and reacted byrd according to its own parameters to its social environment and expresses its emotional state in self-generated images.

On the opening evening, the Frankfurt Galleries and the Frankfurt Art Experience will start the season at the same time. The saasfee*pavillon will therefore also be open between 11 and 18 on the weekend of 7 and 8 September.
