The fundamentals of legislation covering self-employment
What do you do when a firm uses your designs without your permission? What action could you have taken to prevent this? Are you allowed to use the work of third parties for your own work? What happens when such works are published on the Web? Say you make a film that a number of other people are involved in, who has hte rights to it? These and other questions are dealt with in five double sessions during which you learn the basics of copyright law, design and trademark law, but also the fundamentals of contractual agrements. The aim is to make you more confident when dealing with all legal topics that affect your work.
