Gemeinnützige Baugesellschaft Offenbach (GBO) reserves three properties exclusively for HfG Offenbach students. The Office for Knowledge Transfer manages student accommodation for HfG Offenbach students.

Just seven minutes on foot from the main buildings of HfG is the Ostpol complex. It offers 29 affordable apartments for students. Each apartment is roughly 20 square meters’ large and includes a kitchen area and bathroom with shower. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the basement.

HfG students can rent a room in one of seven shared three-room apartments in two buildings. They share a bathroom and a fitted kitchen. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement. Rent is 300 Euro/month and includes water, electricity and Internet). Students must have a special certificate (“Wohnberechtigungsschein”) for those on low incomes.
